ELOSCN CELEBRATE STAFF SUCCESS AT GRADUATION!
Edinburgh and the Lothians Out of School Care Network (ELOSCN) celebrated in style as six staff members qualified in Social Services Children and Young People at the Royal College of Physicians in Edinburgh on Saturday the 4th of March, with their Training Provider Q Train, who put on a fantastic day of celebration.
ELOSCN are extremely proud of their hard work and dedication and pride themselves in the level of training that all staff undertake to ensure that all the children in their care receive the very best experience.
Marion Gilroy, Training Standards Manager, one of the Senior managers who accompanied the staff to their graduation, said, “The staff are a credit to ELOSCN, I cannot emphasise enough how hard they have all worked, they deserved to celebrate their Graduation and to be proud of all their achievements.”
Mandy Kerr, ELOSCN’s Assistant Manager, stated “ELOSCN’s Pride in Our Practice programme focuses on raising the bar of childcare across the region and staff development is integral to its success”
Wendy Miller parent of one of the graduates, Mandy Skillen added “I am so proud of everything Mandy has achieved and would like to thank everyone at ELOSCN for everything they have done for my daughter over the past two years.”
